Why UPF Matters

UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) measures how well a fabric blocks ultraviolet radiation. A UPF rating of 50+ means the fabric allows only 1/50th, or 2%, of the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation to pass through it. This indicates excellent sun protection, as the higher the UPF rating, the more effectively the fabric shields your skin from harmful UV rays.

Unlike chemical-based sun protection, our UPF rating comes naturally from the inherent protective properties of yarns made with wood pulp and recycled polyester. No coatings, no additives, just smart material engineering.
